- I would recommend you to look at Wouter van Ortemessens "E"-language available
- on aminet in the dev/e directory. It's a very nice C-like language with
- many additional features not found in C. The problem is that it's not a standard
- and that it only exists on Amiga. What's good is that it's a very easy language
- to learn, and you can with help of all the tools in the archive develop very
- powerful OS-compliant application software very fast. Fex the popular "Photogenics"-
- suite of gfx-processing software is entirely developed in E!!

- You can download the evaluation version to have a look at it, but if you want
- to be serious about it you should register (about $25 i think). The eval
- verion is the complete package with the exeption of the compiler that is
- restricted to 12kB binaries...
